The Medicine Objective is advancing Black heart health in St. Paul’s Rondo through free health/blood pressure checks, referral coordination, mindfulness activities, digital health education, and culturally responsive cardiovascular disease risk counseling. Led with and for Rondo residents, with support from MDH and CDC.

Project Activities: 

• FREE health checks and heart wellness talks that honor your culture, background, and personal experiences

• Easier connections to local care and support 

• Mindfulness and community-building

• Education and guiding through digital health

• Listening to your feedback to shape future programs

• Training local leaders to keep this work going
