We have specialized training in Western and Indigenous schools of psychedelic medicine, and are actively engaged in psychedelic research and healing within these traditions.
RESEARCH
Our active research protocol BIPOC Psychedelic Experiences is open for participation and operates in collaboration with Dr. Jessica Nielson and the Nielson Lab at the University of Minnesota Medical School, Department of Psychiatry.
Our upcoming research investigating psychedelic use for individuals with spinal cord injury (SCI) is in collaboration with the Department of Rehabilitation Medicine at the University of Minnesota Medical School and National partners.
MEDICINE
Our sister organization, the Good Medicine Lodge is a healers collective oriented towards psychedelic therapies and spirit medicine.
INNOVATION
Headspace is an academic special interest group and workspace at the University of Minnesota. Through this focused community, scientists, researchers, clinicians, leaders, and community stakeholder are working to advance psychedelic research and scholarship in Minnesota and beyond!
Headspace meets monthly. We welcome interested individuals to use the sign up sheet to receive an invitation to the next meeting.
